“What does it mean to be a pediatrician? For me, it means caring not only for the child, but also walking alongside parents as partners in their child’s health journey. Children are our greatest gift, and every stage — from infancy through adolescence — is a chance to build habits and confidence that last a lifetime.

I became a pediatrician because I love developing relationships of trust with families. My philosophy is simple: to treat each patient and parent with respect and kindness, as we co-partner in their health journey. I believe listening is as important as diagnosing, and it is my privilege to care for children in a way that nurtures both their physical and emotional well-being.

Dr. Taleon has been practicing pediatrics for many years and has called the Fox Valley home for the past 18 years, where her family has been part of the Xavier school system and local Catholic parishes. Outside of medicine, she enjoys cheering on the Packers, playing tennis, traveling, and diamond painting. She and her husband are proud parents of a daughter.”
