Dr. Rucinski is a psychiatrist with experience across various settings.  Originally from Oshkosh, Wisconsin, he is married with 4 sons.  He completed his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, then advanced to do residencies in General Psychiatry and in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, Texas. 

For the next 20 years, he worked for the U.S. Army in Germany, including 11 years at Heidelberg and 9 years at Wiesbaden.  Turning full circle, he then returned to his hometown. 

He currently serves as a volunteer clinician at St. Francis Free Clinic in Oshkosh and St. Gianna Clinic in DePere.  He maintains medical licenses in both Wisconsin and Texas.  He is dedicated to providing services to child & adolescent patients as well as adults, underscoring a commitment to providing mental health care to a community in need.
